We are seeking a skilled professional to support our team as a People and Culture Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to fostering a supportive and inclusive working environment.
You will play a key role in partnering with employees and leaders to identify and address challenges, support career development, and enhance engagement and retention.
This specialist will work closely with stakeholders to provide operational advice on people matters including performance, conduct, and employee relations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with employees and leaders to identify and address challenges and support career development.
- Providing operational advice on people matters including performance, conduct, and employee relations.
- Supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives such as remuneration reviews, career conversations, and engagement surveys.
- Collaborating on P&C projects and change management activities.
- Championing inclusion, diversity, wellbeing, and WHS initiatives.
- Assisting with reporting and data analysis.
- 2-3+ years' experience in a similar generalist P&C role.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Foundational knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and best practices processes.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvement.
