Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned People Operations Specialist to drive employee engagement, retention, career, and succession enablement across our Digital Services and Managed Services IT & ADM organizations in Oceania, South East Asia, and India.

This is a challenging role that requires a strong strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with business leaders to manage people priorities in accordance with business needs and alignment with Ericsson policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement people programs/priorities that drive business success.
  • Supervise and report on people program-related trends and performance against plans and budgets.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to design, implement, and monitor people initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice on HR best practices, culture, diversity standard methodologies, inclusion programs, and its creation of greater business value.
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and measure the effectiveness of people programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of demonstrable experience in Human Resources/People Function with senior leaders.
  • Excellent articulation and communication skills, persuading, influencing, proactive, delivering results, and able to work in tight deadlines.
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management.
  • Influence business direction through excellent analytical and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of HR best practices, culture, diversity standard methodologies, inclusion programs, and its creation of greater business value.
