Early Childhood Education Leader Position in Burpengary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Early Childhood Education professional to take on the role of Lead Educator at our Goodstart Burpengary centre. As a Senior/Lead Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs, collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
About the RoleThe successful applicant will have a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) and strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. A current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card) is also required.

Goodstart Burpengary is a 75 place centre made up of five rooms that are all very spacious and open. Our warm, friendly and professional team strive to provide the highest quality care and learning experiences for the children through strong partnerships with our families. We aim to provide a safe and nurturing environment where children can build a sense of belonging and a play-based learning environment that supports children to build connection with country and culture.
Estimated Salary Range$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
