Lead Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Burpengary Buckley Road.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week, with a salary of $34.72 per hour plus superannuation, depending on experience and qualifications.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading their own room and a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
You will collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
