About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Lead Educator to join our team at Goodstart Burpengary. As a key member of our Centre Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all children
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
