About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior/Lead Educator to join our team at Goodstart Burpengary. As a key member of our Centre Leadership Team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs, observing and informing teaching practices, and ensuring the highest quality care and learning experiences for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Educators to deliver educational programs
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to improve teaching practices
  • Ensure safety and inclusivity in the learning environment
  • Develop and implement programs to meet the needs of all children

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
