  • About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood professional to join our team as an Assistant Director at Goodstart Burpengary Rowley Road. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Centre Director in providing high-quality early learning and care to our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Mentorship: Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care.
  • Capacity Building: Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team.
  • Centre Management: Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence.
  • Practice Guide Implementation: Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved).
