
Business Relationship Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. This role will focus on building and maintaining relationships with existing Bureau customers, while also identifying and securing new opportunities in the region.
Responsibilities:- Customer Retention: Work closely with existing Bureau customers to understand their needs and develop strategies to retain their business.
- New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new opportunities with potential Bureau customers in the region.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key contacts across the Bureau network in Queensland.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services to Bureau customers.
- Process Management: Ensure all processes and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service, relationship management, or administration.
- Skills: Proven ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
