Job Description

This strategic and hands-on role provides support to our executive leadership team. Ideal for someone with Development Management experience looking to take on a more active role in project management and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Support: Assist in developing new projects by managing timelines, stakeholders, and resources. Take ownership of smaller, individual project components
  • Strategic & Financial Oversight: Help prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Conduct research and provide recommendations on financial and strategic decisions. Support analysis of project feasibility, investment returns, and risk assessment.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with various departments (e.g., Construction, Legal, Sales) to ensure seamless project execution
  • Document Review & Reporting: Review contracts, agreements, and project documentation for accuracy. Draft reports, minutes, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • General Development Administration: Provide administrative assistance such as filing, organizing meetings, tracking progress against KPIs, and supporting the wider development team.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Development Management or a similar field at the assistant or junior level.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks, strong analytical nous, and excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working on both strategic and operational tasks
  • Familiarity with financial documents and project management tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality in all matters.
Estimated Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum
