* Ensure the smooth running of audiovisual department activities, including administration and billing
* Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders

**Requirements:**

* Proven track record of successful event management experience
* Sound knowledge of audiovisual equipment and hire processes
* Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
* Strong leadership experience, with a focus on team management and customer satisfaction
* Strong business acumen and financial management skills
* Customer-centric approach, with a focus on building long-lasting relationships
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
* Experience in the hospitality or luxury sector is highly regarded
