Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our site in West Gosford.

The Role

As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and correct completion of work while maintaining quality repairs, customer satisfaction, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work Health and Safety: Maintain the WHS management system, report and record safety incidents or near misses, and follow environmental policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Provide exceptional customer service, monitor feedback, and action as required; maintain positive relationships with work providers.
  • Quality and Vehicle Management: Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition, conduct final QA inspections, and resolve any quality or safety concerns; provide comprehensive and accurate quotes, update quoting/management systems, and manage parts ordering and inventory.
  • Production Workshop Management: Oversee production targets, manage vehicle flow, ensure vehicles are repaired according to job sheets and SOPs, and minimize consumable waste.
  • P&L, Reporting, and Administration: Monitor site profitability, prepare/review financial reports, ensure EOM/OEM reporting is accurate and submitted on time, and handle invoicing and subcontractor compliance.
  • Leadership and People Management: Build and maintain positive work relationships, oversee team performance, and ensure new team members are appropriately inducted, trained, and equipped to perform their roles.
