We are seeking a skilled and experienced Centre Manager to oversee all activities at our site.

This role involves ensuring timely and correct work execution, quality repairs, customer care and satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising profitability and reputation while maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work Health and Safety:
    • Maintain a safe working environment through effective WHS management system maintenance
    • Report and record any incidents or near misses
    • Enforce environmental policies and procedures
  • Customer Service and Stakeholder Management:
    • Provide exceptional customer service
    • Maintain client scores and feedback
    • Enhance day-to-day relationships with work providers
  • Quality and Vehicle Management:
    • Repair vehicles to pre-accident condition
    • Conduct QA inspections
    • Resolve quality or safety concerns
  • Production Workshop Management:
    • Manage workshop production to achieve targets
    • Maximise workshop capacity
    • Use consumables efficiently
  • P&L, Reporting and Administration:
    • Ensure site profitability
    • Prepare and review financial reports
    • Invoice clients accurately
  • Leadership and People Management:
    • Build positive work relationships and culture
    • Recruit and onboard new team members
    • Conduct performance appraisals
