Your Role as Operational Capability Developer

We are seeking an Operational Capability Developer to join our NSW Workers Compensation function. As part of our team, you will work closely with claims and rehabilitation personnel to facilitate coaching, development, and capability improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate face-to-face visits with Return to Work Specialists, injured workers, employers, treating health practitioners, and allied health professionals to empower and influence parties to participate in the return-to-work process.
  • Provide constructive feedback to Return to Work Specialists and Team Managers in a continuous improvement framework.
  • Undertake independent desktop audits of documentation used in the return-to-work journey.
  • Conduct provider education to influence better outcomes and understanding of the RTW Scheme and early intervention processes.
  • Support and educate employers and workers in completing workers compensation documentation.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges between AU$70,000 and AU$100,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
