Global Intelligence Officer Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Global Intelligence Officer. This is a fixed-term, full-time position available until December 2026.

Job Description:

The Global Intelligence Officer will be responsible for coordinating international visits, onshore engagement, and strategic partnership events in collaboration with relevant teams across the Division and beyond. The officer will also assist in preparing engagement reports, partnership briefs, presentations, and communication materials to support the university's global engagement activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in planning and managing visits and events, including understanding of official etiquette.
  • Experience in preparing briefs, reports, strategy documents, and formal correspondence.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite for business documentation, calendar coordination, and correspondence with senior executives.
  • Strong relationship management skills and experience working with key stakeholders.
