Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage strategic partnerships, understanding official etiquette and protocols.
- Prepare comprehensive business documentation, reports, and strategy documents using Microsoft Office tools.
- Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally, fostering strong communication and trust.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records, adhering to security requirements as necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in planning and managing international visits and events, with a track record of success.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
