Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Global Engagement Officer.

This role will involve coordinating international visits, onshore engagement, and strategic partnership events in collaboration with relevant teams across the organization.

  • Previous experience in planning and managing visits and events is essential.
  • The ability to prepare high-quality reports, strategy documents, and formal correspondence is also required.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite for business documentation, calendar coordination, and correspondence with senior executives is expected.
  • Excellent relationship management skills and experience working with key stakeholders is desirable.

To support the organization's global engagement activities, the officer will also assist in preparing engagement reports, partnership briefs, presentations, and communication materials.
