Global Partnership Manager

The role of a Global Engagement Officer involves coordinating international visits, onshore engagement, and strategic partnership events. This position requires the ability to plan and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with close attention to detail and prioritization to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate visits and events, including an understanding of official etiquette.
Prepare business documentation, reports, and strategy documents using the Microsoft Suite.
Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and security as required.
Requirements:
Experience in planning and managing visits and events, with a proven track record of success.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
