About Us

We are seeking an Executive Governance Specialist to join our team, where no two days are the same. In this role, you will provide high-quality secretariat and governance services aligned to our standard operating procedures.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on corporate governance matters to subsidiary boards of directors
  • Ensure effective information flows between directors and management
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards
  • Apply good judgement to ensure compliance with risk and compliance frameworks

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in law, business, or finance
  • Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance (GIA)
  • Risk mindset with ability to identify and manage risks
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to continuous development
  • Proven track record of establishing good relationships with senior stakeholders

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary package of approximately $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
