Job Title: Manager Relocations Operations

About the Department:

The department of relocation and operations is responsible for ensuring that families, fairnes and housing have equal opportunities to live a safe and valued life.

We work in a variety of settings, including people's homes, residential facilities and secure settings across metropolitan, rural and regional areas.

The Role:

The Manager, Relocation Operations will lead a team to deliver on relocation projects using strong people, stakeholder and project management skills. The role requires excellent communication and leadership to deliver high profile Government projects, establish and maintain collaborative relationships with local stakeholders, assess and respond to risks, undertake regular and ad hoc reporting, author accurate and timely briefings and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the implementation of relocation projects in line with Government expectations to deliver a seamless relocation experience to renters and communities.
  • Provide leadership, guidance and authoritative advice to internal and external stakeholders and prepare and present detailed reports on complex matters.
  • Identify emerging issues, risk and trends impacting on the successful achievement of business objectives and provide high quality business intelligence and sound recommendations based on comprehensive research and investigations.
