Customer Experience Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in customer experience. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for creating valuable relationships with current and new customers. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle.

You will need to have a strong understanding of external factors impacting the customer's supply chain and be able to respond quickly to their needs. You will also be responsible for cross-selling and upselling Logistics and Services products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers via all communication channels
  • Understand and respond to customer needs and expectations
  • Cross-sell and upsell Logistics and Services products to customers
  • Responsible for vendor management and shipment order consolidation planning
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of shipping, supply chain or logistics industry preferred
  • Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Energetic, well-organized, and self-initiated
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good process understanding and digital proficiency
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality
