**Job Opportunity: Operations and Safety Leadership Role**

At our St Leonards club, we're seeking an exceptional leader to drive the success of our operations and safety team. This permanent, full-time role offers a unique chance to deliver unforgettable customer experiences in a safe environment where members love spending time.


The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of relevant operations leadership experience, first aid certifications, and a warm, honest approach to providing heartfelt service. They'll lead, coach, and motivate the operations teams to achieve seamless experiences and world-class customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities include reporting to the Club General Manager, overseeing the leaver experience, processing cancellations and reconciliations, ensuring a safe and clean environment, and guaranteeing a super-safe and sparkling clean space. The successful applicant will be empowered to find creative solutions to provide our members with that little extra.


We're looking for someone who is comfortable communicating at all levels, authentic in their expression, and possesses a can-do approach. You should have flexibility to work non-traditional schedules and may also have hospitality sector experience.
