Customer Service Representative

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers on a daily basis. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, answering their queries, and providing solutions to their problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by being approachable, friendly, and responsive.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Offer solutions to customer problems and concerns.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales revenue.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of wine and spirits is an advantage.
  • Able to lift moderate weights and stand for long periods.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is a must.
