Role Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and committed ambassadors to join our team. In this role, you will represent us at events and external events hosted by our partners. You will also assist in recapping key moments from these events, helping to highlight their impact and engagement within the community.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Attend events and external events hosted by partner organisations, actively engaging with attendees and promoting our mission.
  • Encourage audience growth by connecting with individuals, fostering relationships, and promoting our organisation's objectives.
  • Recap event experiences by sharing highlights and insights to support content creation and storytelling.
  • Champion our initiatives by being a role model and buddy to our team members, strengthening team culture and engagement.
  • Under the direction of the Team Leader, collaborate with other teams to align ambassador efforts with broader promotional strategies.
Selection Criteria
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with diverse groups of people.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work, and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently within a hybrid environment.
  • Experience with remote work tools and working with virtual teams.
  • Comfortable using social media to promote events and connect with individuals.
  • Experience with social media engagement or content creation.
  • Ability to identify and share key event highlights for content creators.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Experience in individual development, leadership roles, or similar positions is beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build connections and encourage individual involvement.
