Job Title: Community Engagement Coordinator

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our national team as a Community Engagement Coordinator, where you will be responsible for engaging with schools and inspiring them to participate in our fundraising campaign. You will work closely with teachers and students to bring new schools on board, reconnect with schools that haven't been involved for a while, and support schools already taking part so they can raise even more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with schools and community groups to promote our fundraising campaign
  • Become a representative of our organisation and inspire others to make a difference
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including teachers, students, and school administrators
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase school participation and engagement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Confidence in public speaking and presentation skills
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • A driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • A Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
