Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Technical Advisor to provide expert guidance on the deployment of our Identity and Access Management platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers to design and implement effective architectures for their identity management solutions.
  • Assist in resolving complex technical issues related to system integration and implementation.
  • Ensure that customer implementations adhere to best practices and industry standards.
  • Balance competing priorities while working on multiple customer projects simultaneously.

Travel may be required to customer sites as part of this role.

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in consulting and implementing identity and access management solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, virtual/cloud machines, network security, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, OIDC, LDAP, data stores, and DevOps best practices.
  • Hands-on development/scripting skills, ideally in Java/JavaScript/Groovy.
  • Experience with deployment automation tools, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Bonus Points
  • Knowledge of our Identity and Access Management platform.
  • Ability to influence technical decisions within customer organizations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivation, willingness to take initiative, and ability to work independently.

Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
