We are looking for a candidate with demonstrated skill in coaching leaders to improve performance, team effectiveness, and cultural outcomes. You will have the ability to balance attention to detail with a strategic mindset, use pragmatism and diplomacy in your communication style with a range of stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience in an HRBP role supporting unionized and non-unionized teams, a proven track record in managing complex ER matters across both corporate and manufacturing environments, and experience working with enterprise agreements.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, are a must. Flexibility to work from our Toohey's Lidcombe brewery and our York Street Office at least 3 to 4 days per week is required for this role.
