Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary:
EFinancialCareers Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Accounts Payable Officer to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for managing the payable process and providing support to the accounting department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Finance Manager and Financial Accountant with day-to-day operations
- Organize and file incoming and outgoing financial correspondence
- Manage tenant invoicing as necessary
- Record transaction details and supporting documentation into Net Suite for ANZ entities as appropriate
- Involvement in accounts payable process - invoice payments and reconciliations
- Assist in preparing requested documentation for the annual audit and tax return preparation
- Regular interaction with US accounting and finance team
- Provide other financial and administrative support as necessary
- The ability to assist in various projects as necessary
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Confidence in ability to multitask, handle pressure, have a high attention to detail and work autonomously
- Proven experience operating as an Accounts Payable Officer within a medium to large sized company
- High work ethic
- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role
- Possess a customer service focus and display professionalism towards both internal and external customers at all times
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills, advanced skills in MS Excel
- Well-developed communications
