About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Systems Support Specialist to join our team in Adelaide CBD. As part of our internal IT department, you will provide top-notch technical and operational support services, coordination, and prioritisation of existing applications that support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve system failures, data integrity issues, and identify potential solutions.
  • Manage work queues for Incidents, Problems, Service Requests, and Minor Enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for our systems and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated SQL skills, including ability to write and interpret SQL statements and packages with a clear knowledge of database environments.
  • Experience working with C#, ASP.NET,.NET Core, Microsoft cloud technologies, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SSRS, and Power BI reporting tools.
  • Able to analyse and solve complex problems with well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
