As an Agile Coach, you will partner with organizations to implement business agility practices that drive innovation and growth. Our services encompass strategy, delivery, organizational design, agile frameworks, leadership, cultural agility, change management, continuous improvement, metrics, and training.

We are seeking seasoned professionals who excel in coaching, training, and team facilitation. Experience with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and lean practices is highly valued.

This role involves guiding teams and organizations in embracing Agile values and principles, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and helping teams overcome obstacles to their Agile adoption. You will work closely with stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive the adoption of Agile methodologies to enhance team and organizational performance.

Key qualifications:

  • Strong experience as an Scrum Master or Agile Coach
  • Demonstrated expertise in one or more Agile methodologies (e.g Scrum, Kanban, and Lean)
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor teams and individuals on Agile practices
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills
  • Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), or equivalent are preferred
