Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead an agile development team. This individual will be responsible for cultivating agile ways of working within the team and growing agile maturity across the organization.

  • Cultivate agile practices and grow agile maturity within the organization.
  • Collaborate with other streams to identify and resolve dependencies.
  • E nsure timely delivery and effective management of resources.
  • Work closely with Product Owners and Managers during sprints.

Key Responsibilities:

This is a key leadership role that requires a strong technical background and excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading agile teams, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
