
Operations Support Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as an Operations Support Officer.
The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, preferably in scheduling, sales, construction, or trades administration. They should thrive in a high-performance setting, love improving systems, and bring structure and energy to their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling jobs and coordinating with field teams
- Assisting with invoicing, quotes, and job tracking in ServiceM8 and simPRO
- Maintaining files and records accurately
- Supporting compliance and safety documentation
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administration or sales
- Electrical or Trades admin, Contracts or Scheduling experience highly regarded
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail
- Familiarity with job management software like ServiceM8, simPRO, or similar
- Confident using Microsoft Office, Excel, and job management systems
- A self-starter, proactive, solution-focused mindset
- A friendly, professional approach with a passion for helping people
