We are seeking to establish a pool of Business Support Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year and up to the end of Term 3, 2026.
Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.
Beenyup Primary is an Independent Public School in Byford, WA, which caters for children from Kindergarten to Year Six.
Beenyup proudly opened its gates in 2020 and is located in the growing town of Byford.
The name of our school acknowledges the original Noongar name of Byford and means 'place of water'.
The Role
Join our dynamic team supporting the Principal with executive assistance and event coordination.
Provide key support to the Manager Corporate Services in financial management, staff training, asset management, and administration functions including marketing.
Suitable applicants should have proven experience with Compass event management and strong organisational skills.
You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Demonstrated considerable experience providing input and effective support to the development, management, implementation and monitoring of business operations, systems and plans.
Demonstrated well developed financial management skills, including data analysis, interpretation and reporting, and the ability to provide recommendations.
Demonstrated sound human resource management knowledge and skills, including the ability to provide effective support and input into the development, implementation and monitoring of human resource management systems and processes.
Demonstrated sound verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Demonstrated sound conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to identify appropriate solutions.
