Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to spearhead our electric vehicle charging infrastructure development initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing strategies to establish Jolt-Charge as a leading player in the electric vehicle charging market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and commercial roles, with a focus on property development. A solid understanding of business strategy and origination processes is essential, along with experience forecasting and managing budgets or financial metrics frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Identify and engage strategic business and industry experts and opportunities
- Collaborate with product management from proposal to execution for customers through to third party sales engagements
- Ensure appropriate standards of corporate governance in all activities
- Manage the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual development-related reports
- Establish an ongoing positive relationship with State and Local government
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in business development, sales and commercial roles in property development
- A background within energy/utility, infrastructure or media industries
- Solid understanding of business strategy and origination processes
- Experience forecasting and managing budgets or financial metrics frameworks
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
- Strong planning and cross-functional project management skills to deliver results
