Key Responsibilities- Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Collect and share product and operational feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience in client-facing roles.
- Previous experience in fast-growth startups, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity is highly desirable.
- Quantitatively-inclined individuals who can analyze complex data sets and draw insightful conclusions are preferred.
- A reliable self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments is essential.
- Proficiency in English and Native Korean language is required.
