Program Administrators play a pivotal role in the success of business transformation initiatives.

About the Opportunity

This position is responsible for coordinating and facilitating administrative tasks within the Program Management Office (PMO).

The successful candidate will work closely with the PMO team and delivery team to prepare monthly Steering Committee presentations, draft regular reporting decks, arrange meetings with external stakeholders, and gather workstream feedback and updates.

About You

Highly knowledgeable and experienced individuals in using Microsoft Office products and digital platforms are required.

Exceptional organisational and time management skills are essential to plan, set priorities, handle multiple tasks concurrently, meet deadlines, and take responsibility for actions.

Detail-oriented professionals with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with all levels in the business, including cross-departments and senior leadership, are preferred.

Previous experience working in a PMO/project environment in a similar administrative role, along with experience with liaison management and exposure to project management information systems or database management, is an advantage.
