At a leading media agency, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our account service team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of integrated campaigns across paid media, content, creative, and PR & earned channels.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional account management services, ensuring seamless project delivery, and fostering strong relationships with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the project management of integrated campaigns, tracking timelines, and coordinating internal teams to deliver against them.
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Directors to deliver high-quality account management services.
  • Assist in client communications, preparing campaign documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Draft and refine creative briefs, gathering client feedback for the creative team.
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups to keep clients and teams aligned.
  • Become familiar with PCR reporting and gather actionable insights.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal teams (paid media, creative, content, and PR & earned) to ensure smooth workflow.
