Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient and flawless service on every shift.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team; take direction and adapt to a fast-paced, high turnover environment.
  • Support recruitment, training and development of talented individuals who will be future leaders within the business.
  • Maintain a big-picture approach while ensuring daily deliverables are met.
  • Manage costs and productivity with an understanding of profit measures and sales goals.
  • Uphold customer-first service and a high standard of hospitality.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an assistant management position; preferably in a club or day lounge.
  • Understanding of profit measures, cost management, productivity, and the drive to exceed sales goals.
  • A willingness to go above and beyond with a desire to grow personally and professionally.
  • Knowledge of beverage menu development.
  • Availability for Monday-Sunday shifts (hours rotated between open, mid and closing shifts).
  • Passion for recruiting, training and developing talent; leadership potential.
  • Friendly, approachable demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
  • Commitment to efficient and flawless service each shift.
  • Personal brand and pride in professional presentation.
