
Account Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships, achieving sales growth, and developing strategic business plans.
This diverse opportunity will see you working across a key territory, responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, supporting various trade and retail channels. You will be focused on delivering ongoing commercial growth, building strong relationships, and adding value to your customers through exceptional service.
You will spend the majority of your time visiting customers in person, gaining sales, and influencing buying habits in your assigned territory. When not on the road, you will be calling customers and planning for the days ahead, booking meetings, and developing strategies for growth in your region.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing customer relationships in person and over the phone;
- Achieving sales, volume, and KPI targets;
- Running reports and presenting them quarterly to stakeholders;
- Growing and building relationships with new and existing customers.
To succeed in this position, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A strong understanding of sales principles, account management, and business development is also essential.
