Job Description

As a Front Office Associate, you will be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued. This role involves processing all guest check-ins, handling payments, resolving any late or disputed charges, answering and recording guest calls, and communicating parking procedures to guests/visitors.
