
Front Office Professional

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Front Office Team Member to ensure exceptional service is provided to our guests at all times, making them feel welcome and comfortable.
This role involves delivering service excellence from check in to check out and everywhere in between. As a key point of contact for guests and visitors, you will be responsible for providing passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver service excellence, from check in to check out and everywhere in between
- Be the first point of contact for guests and visitors
- Complete a wide variety of front office tasks to ensure every day is different
- Provide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests
- Answer all telephone calls in a professional manner according to brand standard
- Reconcile cashier floats at the completion of each shift
- Brief guests on features and benefits and sign them up to the loyalty program
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office and preferably in Opera
- The ability to work under pressure, multitask and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues
- Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation
- A natural ability to surprise guests with your authentic guest service
- A genuine customer service focus and a strong dedication to always making our guests smile during their stay
