As a leader in our community, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential care home and be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing all aspects of our operations
- Engagement with customers, employees, stakeholders, and business partners
- Delivery of high levels of customer satisfaction and positive outcomes
- Compliance with regulatory requirements
- Financial performance and growth
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Hospitality, Health, or Social Science
- Advanced communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated success in managing operations to achieve outstanding care outcomes and financial growth
- Exceptional leadership experience in managing operations in a customer-driven industry
- Exceptional relationship management skills leading to high levels of community engagement
- Demonstrated experience in change management, quality systems, and compliance
- Capacity to implement new models of care in a complex operating environment
- Demonstrated understanding and commitment to resident-directed care
