**Position Overview**:
QuickCare is seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Manager to lead the Queanbeyan centre. This is a full-time role, from Monday to Friday, perfect for a driven individual who meets our qualification and experience criteria.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Leadership and Management**: Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of care and education are maintained. Lead, mentor, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional childcare services.
- ** Compliance and Quality Assurance**: Ensure the centre meets all regulatory and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate records and implement policies and procedures to uphold our high standards.
- ** Parent and Community Engagement**: Build strong relationships with parents, caregivers, and the local community. Communicate effectively to foster a supportive and inclusive environment.
- ** Financial Management**: Manage the centre's budget, enrolments, and resources efficiently. Drive initiatives to maintain and grow enrolment numbers.
- ** Staff Development**: Coordinate and participate in ongoing training and professional development programs. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Centre Manager or a minimum of 4 years as a 2IC/Assistant Director in a large service (90+ places).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with technology and ability to adapt to new software and systems quickly.
