The Energy Resources of Australia (ERA) Ranger rehabilitation project is a significant opportunity for you to make a positive impact on the environment.
After more than 35 years operating as a successful uranium mine, the Ranger Project is entering its rehabilitation stage and offers an exciting chance for you to contribute to the restoration of the land to its original state.
The project involves working alongside ERA and major stakeholders, including Rio Tinto, to develop a collaborative project that will benefit the Jabiru community.
Located 8 km east of Jabiru and 260 km south-east of Darwin, the Ranger Project will lead the way in the fast-growing area of mining closures.
">Job Description
As our Project Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Project team.
Your role will involve coordinating administrative activities, monitoring workflow and quality of work within your assigned area, and using office automation tools to undertake data collation for the Project Leads as required.
You will also be responsible for compiling and distributing minutes from pre-start and toolbox meetings, as well as generating reports required by project, corporate, and legislative authorities.
In addition, you will maintain confidentiality of records as needed and act as the project administrator of corporate ES&H software programs.
Key Responsibilities include:

">Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent administrative skills, including coordination, organization, and communication.
Experience in a similar role, preferably in the mining or construction industry, would be highly desirable.
Additionally, you will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality of records as needed.
Education to degree level or equivalent experience in a related field would also be advantageous.
