**Job Title:** Supply Officer

We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to support our day-to-day operations and play a key role in supplier management and purchasing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Purchasing team inbox, coordinating supplier onboarding, maintaining accurate records, and working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver process improvements that enhance quality, efficiency, and value for the business.
  • Facilitate supplier onboarding and maintain supplier records, ensuring all compliance checks are completed.
  • Monitor and action correspondence from the Purchasing inbox promptly and efficiently.
  • Update business systems and documentation accurately based on workflow needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve queries and provide user education on systems and processes.
  • Apply a strong sense of governance and compliance to all activities.
  • Prioritise workload effectively to meet business needs while maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Escalate system issues to management in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to improvement and efficiency projects under leadership guidance.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in purchasing, ideally in the mining industry.
  • Proven experience with systems management and supplier administration.
  • Familiarity with supplier onboarding processes.
  • Exposure to Coupa P2P – Highly desirable.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
