About This Role

Are you a skilled professional with experience in system implementation and configuration?

We're seeking a proactive individual to contribute to system upgrades, process improvements, and payroll operations for a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with our team to achieve smoother payroll functionality and compliance for the future.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the HRIS project team to test, migrate, and implement new system features effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation and ensure workflows remain efficient and streamlined.
  • Provide confident support for payroll-related inquiries.
  • Assist with fortnightly and monthly payroll processing with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records, including onboarding, terminations, and leave management.

About You

  • You are a detail-oriented professional who excels at improving system functionality and team processes.
  • Your collaborative approach ensures smooth transitions and effective communication across teams.
  • You bring: Experience in system implementation or configuration, adaptability, teamwork, and process enhancement. A strong understanding of Australian employment laws and payroll compliance requirements. Proven expertise in accurate payroll processing. Excellent communication skills. Hands-on experience managing HRIS systems efficiently.
