About the Role

You'll join an experienced team who are as people-driven as they are process-driven. You'll be a big part of the day-to-day payroll action, bringing your knowledge and passion for system implementation, improving processes and overall user experience. You'll also help us in our transition to a new HRIS system - making our payroll smoother, smarter, and more compliant for the future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaming up with the HRIS project team to test, migrate and roll out new features of our HRIS system seamlessly.
  • Being consistently on the lookout for smarter, faster ways to get things done and keeping our processes streamlined and efficient.
  • Jumping in to tackle payroll questions with confidence.
  • Brining back up support with precision and energy to our fortnightly and monthly payroll processing.
  • Keeping employee records up to date and accurate - from smooth onboarding and terminations to seamless leave management.
About You

You're a collaborative and attentive person whose dedication to improving system functionality and team processes is truly outstanding. You also have:

  • System implementation and/or configuration experience, with an emphasis on adaptability, collaboration and process improvement.
  • A solid understanding of Australian employment law, and you know the ins and outs of payroll compliance.
  • Proven experience in tackling payroll processing with precision and consistency.
  • Top-tier communication. Whether it's people or numbers, you speak the language clearly and confidently.
  • Hands-on experience in keeping HRIS systems running smoothly and efficiently.
