Due to strong organisational growth, Balco's seeking a highly skilled payroll/HR System Specialist to spearhead the implementation of a comprehensive payroll/HR integrated solution. This position is initially a fixed term 8-9 months contract role, with the potential for contract extension or permanent placement.

**Role Overview**
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this contract role is responsible for identifying and establishing a streamlined and effective payroll/HR infrastructure to simplify and improve the efficiency of Balco's internal processes. The HR Systems Specialist will provide project management services across the full project life cycle, including system identification and evaluation, technology integration, onboarding process enhancement, governance and standards development, employee data management, training and support, and compliance and reporting.
