Ambulance Operations Executive

Troocoo is seeking a skilled Production Line Manager to lead the efficient operation of our ambulance production line. This role involves planning, scheduling, and supervising staff to ensure vehicles are delivered on time and in compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage daily operations to meet company goals.
- Manage a team of technicians and assistants assigned to ambulance builds.
- Drive a positive team culture that fosters respect, accountability, and productivity.
- Develop and maintain documentation for work instructions and QMS compliance.
- Champion continuous improvement of procedures and build quality.
- Monitor and report progress, flagging delays or issues to the Production Manager in advance.
- Previous experience in a Manufacturing/Production Manager position.
- Demonstrated experience with QMS or ISO9001 systems.
- Proven experience in applying LEAN manufacturing principles.
