Production Line Supervisor Opportunity

Troocoo is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Line Supervisor to lead the efficient operation of our ambulance production line.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead and manage daily operations to meet company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Supervise a team of technicians and assistants to ensure high-quality vehicle builds
  • Develop and maintain documentation for work instructions and quality management systems
  • Champion continuous improvement of processes and installation consistency
  • Monitor and report on progress, identifying potential delays or issues
  • Role-model safety, professionalism, punctuality, and presentation
  • Maintain adherence to Occupational Health and Safety policies and relevant industry standards
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a Manufacturing/Production Management position
  • Automotive industry experience preferred but not essential
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) or ISO9001
  • Demonstrated ability to apply LEAN manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste
  • Strong understanding of safety principles and behaviors
  • Able to lead and motivate a diverse workforce
