The ambulance production line requires a seasoned leader to oversee daily operations and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the production line to meet company goals and key performance indicators.
  • Supervise a team of technicians, assistants, and apprentices assigned to ambulance builds.
  • Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes respect, accountability, and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for work instructions, build processes, and quality management system compliance.
  • Promote continuous improvement of procedures, installation consistency, and build quality.
  • Monitor and report on progress, flagging delays or issues to the Production Manager in advance.
  • Lead by example in safety, professionalism, punctuality, and presentation.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Manufacturing/Production Manager position.
  • Demonstrated experience with Quality Management Systems or ISO9001.
  • Proven experience in applying Lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and reduce waste in a production environment.
  • Excellent understanding of safety principles and behaviours.
